Office space available - Seeking professional individuals

A minimum 1 year lease- first and last will be required- as well as a refundable key deposit of $100.00

The office is located within Sandra's Bookkeeping in the executive suites of the Courtice Corners Plaza, we are currently using this space as storage.

**Note: A business description will be required prior to acceptance as the office is located in the executive suites of a busy plaza and the use of the office cannot conflict the existing businesses.

The $600.00/month will include:

  • A fully furnished 133 sqft office
  • Unlimited internet
  • Use of the kitchenette (full fridge, sink, and microwave)
  • Optional: Use of the existing receptionist to receive incoming calls and messages.

Office Space #2

The $1,200.00/month will include:

  • A fully furnished 418 sqft office
  • Unlimited internet
  • Use of the kitchenette (full fridge, sink, and microwave)
  • Optional: Use of the existing receptionist to receive incoming calls and messages.

Office Space for Meetings

Available meeting space for small group or business meetings, our boardroom is available for one-time or regular weekly usage.

  • A fully furnished 182 sqft office
  • Unlimited internet
  • Use of the kitchenette (full fridge, sink, and microwave)
  • Optional: Use of the existing receptionist to receive incoming calls and messages.
Prices:
  • $50.00/hour
  • $250.00/day

(We are willing to discuss pricing for reoccurring use of the boardroom)
